New Cub Scout Beltloop Awards

This information was recently posted on the Cub-Scout-Talk mailing list.  Other Scouters have confirmed that this info is correct.  It appears that the requirements for these have not been made public yet and will be in a forth-coming revision of the Cub Scout Academic and Sports Program Guide.
