FOR CUB SCOUT, BOY SCOUT, VENTURING LEADERS & COMMISSIONERS
To be a “TRAINED” adultleader, you need to complete the following courses:
1. Fast Start Training (Available online at the National Council’s Online Learning Center)
2. This is Scouting (Replaces New Leader Essentials- also available online)
3. Youth Protection Training for Adult Leaders and Volunteers (also available online)
4. Leader Specific Training for YOUR REGISTERED Position
Courses being offered:
This is Scouting (Replaces New Leader’s Essentials) 8:00am ~ 10:00am

Youth Protection for Adult Leaders & Volunteers 10:00am ~ 12:00noon
(This course is also available online at the National Council’s Online Learning Center: http://olc.scouting.org/ )
Cub Scout Leader Specific Training 1:00pm ~ 5:00pm
For Tiger Cub Leaders, Wolf and Bear Den Leaders, Webelos Leaders, Cubmasters and Pack Committee Members
Pre-Requisites include Fast Start Training, Youth Protection Training and This is Scouting Training (All available online).
Scoutmaster & Assistant Scoutmaster Training 8:00am ~ 5:00pm
Pre-Requisites include Fast Start Training, Youth Protection Training and This is Scouting Training (All available online).
Venturing Leader Specific Training 12:00pm ~ 5:00pm
This course includes Venturing Fast Start Training, Youth Protection Training for Venturing Leaders and Venturing Specific Training.
Commissioner’s Basic Training 9:00am ~ 5:00pm
For Commissioners and Roundtable Staff Commissioners
Pre-Requisites include Fast Start Training, Youth Protection Training and This is Scouting Training (All available online).
