Venturing Leadership Skills Course

The Venturing Leadership Skills Course (VLSC) was created to help teach young adults the attitudes and skills that good leaders
demonstrate. The course is conducted by your Scout peers in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Guaranteed fun and laughter! You will participate in activities to instruct you on how to be an effective leader by utilizing team building skills, presentations, group
discussions, and fellowship; which will offer a better understanding of different leadership skills. Practicing and mastering these skills will help enable Venturers to have positive leadership experiences. This training is not just for Crew Officers. It is designed to be taught to ALL Venturers in the crew and ship.
